Rotary Bearings

Rotary Bearings allow for either constrained one-direction rotation or oscillating motion between two separate components.  Therefore, rotary bearings can be employed in a variety of applications, such as vehicle axles, machine shafts, and precision clock parts.  Rotary bearings help reduce friction between rotating parts and can also support a high axial load.

Flat Mount Instrument Bearings

Precision Flat Mount Bearings are extremely high precision four point contact rotary bearings design for quick mounting via threaded holes in both the inner and outer rings.

These are design for moving light loads in a very precise rotary motion.  Mainly use in scanning or measurement instruments.

Product Features

  • Ultra Low Profile:  8.5 mm Overall Height
  • Designed for extremely Low Axial and Radial Runout
  • Inner and Outer Rings with Drilled & Tapped Holes
  • Bore sizes range from 40 mm to 100 mm
  • Polymer Ball Retainer for Smooth Quiet Motion

Turntable Bearings

Turntable bearings (sometimes referred to as slewing ring bearings) are 4 point contact thin section type ball bearings.   Holes in the inner and outer ring allow for quick and easy mounting.

These are design for factory or industrial applications.  Typically use for indexing tables or workstations turntables.

Product Features

  • Low Profile:  15 mm Overall Height
  • Four Point Contact Design Sealed & Unsealed Versions
  • Inner and Outer Rings with Drilled & Counterbored Holes
  • Bore sizes range from 2 to 12 inches
  • Brass Ball Retainer or Separator

Thin Section Bearings

Thin Section Ball Bearings were developed for applications where space limitations are most important.   They have an extremely small, predominantly square cross-section.

Typically use in applications where a very large bore diameter and light weight are important.

Product Features

  • Industry Standard Sizes
  • Four Point Contact Design Sealed & Unsealed Versions
  • Bore sizes range from 2 to 12 inches
  • Brass Ball Retainer or Separator
