GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We understand that your time is very valuable. That's why we want to make the return process as quick and easy as possible.
If you need to return some products, simply contact customer service at (800) 284-9784 to start the process.
It is important to note that all products must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) form completed from TPA prior to sending any products back.
There will be a 25% restock fee on most returns. However, some custom or semi-custom products may require a larger return fee or may not be returnable.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if TPA made the error, we will handle all costs associated with the return back to our facility.
Returns must be done within 30 days of receipt of the product. Once the return is received and checked in for accuracy, TPA will then issue the credit owed to the customer.
